nsurlsessiond - A little different problem now!

So I have gone through every post I can find about nsurlsessiond and its ability to consume data. I am still having issues.

I have disable Spotlight, Photos, and iCloud. Yet when I reconnect my home wifi - nsurlsessiond - starts connecting again. ***?

These are some of the gems it connects to:

192.168.0.160:55125->ord30s26-in-f240.1e100.net:https

7

192.168.0.160:55118->s3-us-west-2-w.amazonaws.com:https (icloud? even though its disabled?)

192.168.0.160:55120->s3-us-west-2-w.amazonaws.com:https

192.168.0.160:55117->17.248.132.149:https

192.168.0.160:55121->s3-us-west-2-w.amazonaws.com:https

So here is the second part that is strange to me:
when i disconnect from home wifi and connect to my iPad hotspot.. all this stops? I can still surf (actually faster) and download and stream, but watching activity monitor and the same process its normal? I guess it may have something to do with metered connections?

So now if I disconnect from the iPad and back to home wifi, nsurlsessiond takes off again like a rocket?

any thoughts?

oh by the way: iMac 27 (retina 5K Late 2014), 4GHz i7, 32 GB, macOS 10.12 Beta (16A313a)
