Cancel a purchase

Resently I just looked up some application on apple store. Next day when I tried to uptade aplications installed before on my ipad, I received masage saying that there is a billing problem with a previous purchase, please update your payment method. My debit card is under my apple strore payment even though I didnot purchase anything it charges me fees. How can i cancel that? please send answer to my email. ****** @gmail.com. Thanks

See this support document about how Apple and iTunes handle attempts to make purchases and changes to payment types in iTunes. It is very possible it was not a charge, but a hold to verify the payment type. If this is the case, the amount is small and will be returned to your account within a day or so. It really isn't deducted, it is just a hold. iTunes Store charges on credit and debit card statements - Apple Support
