At our school, we use MDM through apple server 5.1.7 with profile manager on OS X 10.11.6. All devices are supervised through configurator 2. We have a mix of iPad minis, iPad Air 2s, iPad gen 4s, and 14 newly acquired 12.9 iPad pros. All devices with the exception of of the pros will load the educational configuration and work just fine. The iPad pros are sent the configuration (verified in profile manager logs) but appear to be discarded or not properly loaded on the iPad pros. All software on devices & server are updated. Has anyone had issues with this and any suggestable workarounds? This has been turned in to enterprise support, but no response yet. We are running classroom 1.1 as I did hear from Apple that the 1.0 is not compatible with the pros. thanks..
