Iphone camera taking cartoonish photos
My iPhone 6 seems to be taking cartoonish like photos, or photos that seem low res. Is there a way to fix this? See picture below for an example

This looks to me like a picture taken through a car window...?
If so this is likely a focussing issue - the phone is trying to focus on the (mostly transparent) window, causing everything else (including your intended subject) to be out of focus.
If that's the case, try tapping on the preferred subject before taking your picture. This tells the camera where you want to focus, overriding the default. Or open your window.
