Sep 5, 2016 12:37 AM in response to Chau.lethaiby King_Penguin,Which country are you currently in ? You cannot use the US iTunes store unless you are physically in the US, and have billing address in that country on your account - being in a country is part of the store's terms.
(And don't post your id for any other personal info on here, these are user-to-user public forums.)
