Q: Iphone 5s Restore Loop

Last night i had tried restoring my Iphone by going to settings>general>reset>erase all content and settings and when entering the restore everything was fine until a couple minutes later i had noticed it looping, i thought it was just a little bug so i waited because i did not want to interfere with the restore. But it kept on going and going, the looping had passed half an hour and i didnt know what to do.

I had tried going into Recovery Mode but it would bring me back into the restore loop, not on the screen where the (Iphone Charger pointing at the Itunes Logo)

I had also searched for help on Google Search but they give me results such as "Endless Recovery Mode" But i hadnt found any results as of like this one "Iphone Restore Loop"

Any Help/Suggestions? Thank you

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.3, Boot Loop, Restore Loop

    Hi

Follow the instructions here, including contacting Apple Support or making a Genius Bar reservation if necessary:

Before contacting Apple, try putting your device in DFU Mode - it's like a more advanced Recovery Mode.

In order to do this, the timing is important. Plug in your device to your computer and have iTunes open.

Hold the Home Button and the Sleep/Wake Button at the same time for 15 seconds.

After 15 seconds, release ONLY the Sleep/Wake Button and continue to hold the Home Button.

Only hold the Home Button for an additional 10 seconds. And only 10 seconds.

Your display will remain black/off, which is what it is supposed to do. Your computer should register the iPhone as being in "Recovery Mode."

    Attempt to finish the restore.

    Good luck!
