iPhone

Q: iPhone 5 screen has gone blank I can hear Siri talking and it makes noise when plugged in. I cannot use power button to restart because it doesn't work and hasn't for a while.

My iPhone 5 has done this twice now and the only way I ended up being able to fix it was by doing a factory reset. I really do not want to have to do that again; however, my power button hasn't worked for some time now so I cannot just do a restart unless there is a way to do that through iTunes without deleting all of my stuff.

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.5

Hi

VoiceOver may be enabled. Try turn it off, try:

Press and hold the Home button until Siri launches, release the button and then say "turn off VoiceOver".
Or quickly press the Home button three times in a row (triple-click).
