My Macbook Pro Retina13" (late 2013) only at 30hertz using Thunderbolt/Displayport connect to LG UD 58 Ultra 4K

Please advice if there are any settings required?

Im connecting my Mac Book Pro Retina 13" Late 2013 Intel Iris 1536 MB to new LG UD 58 Ultra HD but only getting 30 Hertz

Whilst Using 4K displays and Ultra HD TVs with your Mac - Apple Support said it can be used

I am using Thunderbolt to Display Port cable at the moment

HDMI to HDMI is even slower

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
