Itunes sync music ?

Hey guys, I have a rather simple question - does iTunes sync music library across all devices ?

Here is the situation :

I have a MacBook Pro, Windows PC, iMac, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s and iPhone 5s and I have Apple music membership.

I have all the music from the Apple Music downloaded on the MacBook Pro, but some of the songs are with wrong names ( downloaded all over the internet with different names ) and I change it with the right ones on my MacBook Pro.

Are these changes only on the device and in the local Music Library and I have to do them on every device or when I change the name of the song it sync to my Apple music library and automatically changes them on other devices as well ?
