Q: Repeated Apple ID sign in requests

Whenever I use my Macbook Pro I get repeated Sign-in requests on my iPhone and iPad for Apple Sign in ID.

I go to iCloud, put in my Apple ID, then the verification number sent to my iPhone, then carry on using the Macbook, but still get repeated requests.

When I open Photo Stream, I get a message saying there's a problem. An iCloud box appears where I can enter my Apple ID, then it says enter the verification number, but there's nowhere to enter it. So I go to iCloud.com, where I put in etc etc, and it starts all over again.

I'm still using Mountain Lion, while my iPhone and iPad have been updated so don't know if it's an IOS issue.

It's driving me mad!
