Q: My iPhone 6s will not turn off. It is stuck on my message page and is shaking. What can I do?
I plugged in my iPhone 6s and charged it last night? This morning I touched the start button and my message page with the time comes up but it is shaking and will not clear by swiping the screen and will not turn off by pushing the on and off button on the side of the phone. What can I do?

As your iPhone has become unresponsive, try force restarting it by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
