iPod

Q: How can I unblock my iPod classic that has frozen during playing

iPod classic 80GB, The iPod was blocked while he was playing on an Altec Lansing, In Motion, IM600.

The iPod display shows the normal picture (song, author, etc) the progress bar is interrupted by a small speaker.

Pressing "Menue" and "On/Off" simultaneously does not work. When connected to my Macbook pro, the device isn't recognised. What to do?

A Reset (restarting an iPod that has a click wheel) is pressing and holding down the Menu and Center buttons until you see the Apple logo on screen. There is no "On/Off" button.

If that does not work, make sure you did not mistakenly put the iPod's Hold switch in the ON position.
