MacBook air doesn't work without Power Adapter

Hello!

My MacBook Air 13 (mid. 2012) OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 suddenly turned off today with 62%, when I tried to turn it on, it started to load (grey screen with apple and line under it) and turned off on the middle again. Now it works only with charger. I've already tried to reset SMC, but it didn't help. Can anyone help me? 😢

Maybe your battery has gone bad? What does it say when you click on the battery icon in the menubar? And what does it say under "Battery information" if you: option-click the Apple menu icon, select System Information, then select "Power" in the left side navigation thingy?

I would consider taking it in to an authorized service place for testing/repair.
