THe app store on my iphone 5s has become unresponsive and whenever i try to download an app it says that it is temporarily unavailible....what to do? Please explain As it is causing a lot of trouble

Go to itunes main page bottom of page sign out of apple ID
Then sign back in .

I Don't know if this will help, but maybe check in settings under cellular and see if the AppStore is listed as enabled, also try doing a soft reset (rebooting your device) by holding down the power button and the home button at the same time until the apple logo appears.
Same problem here, but having a hard time to connect to any Apple-page, including Support.
Seems to be overloaded with too many update- and order-requests.
