How to trun off find my iphone off

On the device Settings > iCloud > Find iPhone 'off'

And also log out, Settings > iCloud > Sign Out

I did that but it has been loading for about two h

If it's still doing that try disconnecting/reconnecting to your network and/or do a soft-reset/reboot of the device
