I accidentally deleted the App Store app from /Applications, on 10.9.5. Is there some way to bring it back, re-install it, without reinstalling the OS?

Q: restoring App Store app on 10.9.5
If you have a backup, restore it from there.
If not, try installing the 10.9.5 combo updater and any subsequent security updates.
If neither of these work, no.
