Apple TV

Q: apple id not recognized on apple tv

Hi I live in Zug (Switzerland) , and I recently bought the latest apple TV from the London Gatwick airport.

Back home, I cannot connect to my Apple iTunes account, though I am using the correct credentials.

What shall I do???
