Hey! Can I buy sprint iPhone SE if I pay full price, but don't have a Sprint SIM card?

Hi there Daniel.

I would recommend buying the iPhone directly from an Apple Store or an Apple Certified Retailer. You can find your closest store here; http://www.apple.com/retail/

The phone you buy from Apple will be unlocked, this means you can use it on any carrier (Sprint, Verizon etc.).

Although, once you put a SIM card into the phone it will lock to that carrier.

You cannot activate or set up an iPhone without a SIM card.

That is not correct if you buy an unlocked phone from Apple online or an Apple store. Originally unlocked phones purchased directly from Apple remain unlocked. Also, all Verizon iPhones are unlocked, and remain unlocked forever. If you buy a phone from a dealer other than Apple the phone will either be carrier locked, or will lock to the first carrier it is used with.
