Q: Since latest update can't play my videos

when I go to play my go pro videos it just won't load or my pictures have a in the bottom right hand corner ???

iPad Air, iOS 9.3.5

Have tried contact the developers' of the Go Pro camera about this issue on their website?

its not the site its self,I can still play some just not all of them. Went into Apple Store today and they said it was because the iPad was uploading to iCloud and it should work after but surprise surprise it doesn't work
