Q: iCloud storage notifications need to stop

The storage space in my "iCloud" is getting close to being completely used.  That's fine.  What's not fine is this **** program popping up every hour to tell me about it.  I need to be able to tell it to stop notifying me.  This is not currently an option in the settings, so it needs to be added.

Also, I need to be able to exit the **** iCloud program without having to go into my Task Manager and manually End Task.  That is ridiculous.  You actually put out a program which apparently does not contain a Quit/Exit function.  I would have loved to sit in on that brainstorming session:

"But what if people stop using the program?"
"Well, that's an easy fix: we'll just make it so they can't."

Stop syncing the type of content that is generating the "almost full " message. Turn of your iCloud Photo Library or whatever iCloud services you have enabled.

It's a background process, much like Microsoft uses to send notifications. It should not have an off/off switch.

Dig in to your msconfig and disable the service if you are that concerned.
