I was listening to music on my iPod touch 6th generation using my in ear head phones but then the left ear stopped working.Os it possible to change my headphones for new ones for free?

I was listening to music on my iPod touch 6th generation with my in ear head phones but then my left side stopped working and I have to wriggle the wire around to hear it properly.

Is it possible to exchange my headphones for new ones for free?

IF it is possible what do I need to do?

They should be covered under standard warranty (along with the iPod touch) for one year from purchase date. Longer, if you purchased AppleCare. So, depends on when you bought the iPod touch and coverage. You can check here
