According to Apple help system (About Touch ID security on iPhone and iPad), the touch id only Works with the internal biometrics stored in secure enclave, but this info is 11/2015, anybody knows if today (09/2016) can we match the readed fingerprint with external biometrics databases? thanks in advance.
