But first steps ..
Did you reboot the whole network..?? You must restart in correct order.. modem first then TC then computers. Assuming nothing more complicated. Then try again with TM.
No luck then tell us what modem.. make and model?
How the TC is setup and model plus firmware revision?
What computer with what OS?
