Q: Shared Albums with Partially Viewable Pics

A few of my pics in a shared album are only partially viewable as if the pic only downloaded half way.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

MacBook, not sure what OS is loaded

    Nope - but if you provided details may we could help

     

    start with what version of the OS and ofiPhoto do you have?

     

    What has changed since it worked?

    Well...my OS version is 10.10.5 and I am using Photos and not iPhoto.  I decided to delete all the pics in that one particular shared album then add them again and this time it appears that all pics were able to upload fully....I'm thinking it was an upload error of some sort.....Thanks for your help!

    You posted in the iPhoto for Mac forum which is why I assumed you were using iPhoto - the Photos for Mac forum is under the Mac OS and system software forums

     

    And you are 6 updates behind which means you are many , many bug fixes behind and are missing many new features - the current version is El Captain OS X 10.11.6 - it probably would be a really good idea to get up to date

    You are welcome - I will request that the thread be moved to the Photos for Mac forum

     

    I do think that getting p to date may resolve your issues - t that works for you so do ti and then ost back with the results
