Q: iTunes match sync problem

We’ve recently ripped a CD to our iTunes library. All of the music is playable on that computer but about 3/4 of the songs have a dotted line around the iCloud symbol. We subscribe to iTunes Match and can SEE all the tracks, but can only play the ones that have the solid cloud symbol.

 

I get that it may take Match some time to sync music, but this was been a few days. And it seems odd that some of the songs sync but others don’t.
