Q: Someone in India is putting their photos on my ipad

Every time I get on there are more photos of this family in India in my photos.  I do not want to reset everything and do not know anyone in India so how is this possible?  For an Apple product which is a huge pain in the arse with all of it's security ad naseum, I find it hilarious that this is even happening, don't you?  Also sometimes I get a message that I cannot access photos as they are in India so they have priority.
