Sep 6, 2016 12:50 AM in response to dpwestby lllaass,What type of mail Account?
- If an IMAP/Exchange they can be deleted from another device/webmail
- If a POP3 account they can be deleted from the server and thus you can't download them. If yo already downloaded a message, subsequently deleting from server will not delete a download message.

Sep 6, 2016 6:43 AM in response to lllaassby dpwest,My mail is an IMAP. And I can delete from my phone but I do not. And the settings on my phone are the same "never delete". I read them on my phone sometimes and even when I read them on my phone they are still on my laptop when I get home. I make a conscience choice to leave them on the server until I can copy or print them from my laptop. It seems like there is a automatic removal.
