Q: I can't sign in for iMessage or FaceTime. Why? And what can I do at home so I don't have to go to the Apple Store.

I'm having an issue with iMessage and FaceTime. I feel like I've done it all and everyone else is getting extremely lucky and well I'm not getting anywhere. What do you suggest I do so I don't have to visit a store or will that be the ultimate solution.
