Keychain Circle Security access

Hi,I bought from China a Chinese Camera that comes with a free software (necessary to elaborate the camera images). Whenever this software is active I have a strong activity on CPU for KEYCHAIN CIRCLE app. I believe this should have nothing to do with the camera app so I am very suspiious. What about all this CPU usage on my keychain from a chinese app? Could I be right? Is there a way to limit access to KEYCHAIN CIRCLE so that that specific app can't access it in any way?
