Sep 6, 2016 8:46 AM in response to jumanah2000by FoxFifth,Be very careful. It may be a phishing email -- attempting to get you to respond to a site that isn't Apple but appears to be in order to get you to enter your Apple ID and password.
You can use the following to see if there is in fact a charge from the App store to your Apple ID:
See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
If it indicates it is from the Apple Store:
http://www.apple.com/shop/help/viewing_changing_orders
If the order was in fact to your Apple ID and you didn't make it, the following may also help:
