Q: I Got an iPhone 4s and the owner doesn't know they're Apple ID , how do I get into it ?

I Got an iPhone from this guy and he has find my iPhone turned on I can't get ahold of him and my nephew has put in the password to many time and locked it up , it's telling me to connect to iTunes so I did , it's saying it needs his Apple id i can't ahold of him so how do I get into the phone ??
