Q: Problems with Additional Contents downloads on Logic Pro 10.2.3

Hi everyone, sorry if my englis is not the best but my natural language is spanish.I know that there is a lot of posts about this problem but I had try every suggestion that had read and the problem remains I want to download tall the additional content in logic 10.2.3 and with some packages (always the same) I get a message that says: 'Logic pro x was not able to complete the download. check your internet connection and try downloading again'

I had read and try all the stuff in this post:  Downloading 'Essential or Additional Content' or the Logic Pro X app Tips

-I had try 3 internet connections from diferent places and alwas have the same problem with te same packages.

-check permissions

-disable any kind of energy saving

-I don't have any firewall active

-lan cable

Any suggestions??
