iPhone SE showing two different times!!

Recently I travelled to CST timezone from EST. As expected the clock was an hour behind. I have location services enabled too., so after traveling back to EST, I expected the time to get automatically synced. But it is not. The alarm is using still CST timezone, where as in the settings -> timezone it is New York. The small clock on the screen shows NY time, but the time display at the top of the home screen still shows CST.
