How an earth do I contact Apple regarding my application for the service specialist position in the Exeter store. I submitted my application alongside my CV on the 16th of August and have heard nothing, other than an automated email reply confirming so, since.
I have tried calling the support line, the store itself and emailing back to the aforementioned email I have been either ignored or told Recruitment is handled centrally and that nobody can give me a phone number for this 'central' organisation which might as well, for all intents and purposes, be on the moon. It states in the application that I will hear back from them either way success or otherwise. They also continue to advertise on my University career hub so there are presumably available positions still. I have had a tonne of retail experience whilst studying, John Lewis, M&S, Waitrose and more and none of them where the recruitment process was so shrouded and elusive its as if you can get through to somebody of relevance in a HR capacity, you've passed the first stage.
So my little moan over can anyone please direct me to somebody that can help; a number, an email, anything. Just please for the love of Apple don't direct me to this page http://www.apple.com/uk/contact/ I am well versed in it and it is of no help to me.
