Q: Is it possible to download all my pictures stored in iCloud to a phone I am no longer using 24/7?

MY iphone6 has had problems and rather then download all my info from iCloud we only brought back down 90 days worth of pictures and contacts. But I'd like to bring everything down to a separate phone so I can make cd of pictures

Are you saying you weren't able to retrieve all of your photos/videos from iCloud Photos Library?

NO, the reason I didn't connect to the library to get all my pictures was there was a glitch in my system where when I downloaded my iCloud into my replaced phone the phone part stops working. Everything else works. Rather then having problem again we only downloaded 90 days of pics and contacts off cloud. Everything else is sitting there in limbo and I want to put it on a different phone that's not in use. I want 1 phone with pictures only for storage

    I have a couple questions.

What do you mean when you say "when I downloaded my iCloud into my replaced phone"?  iCloud doesn't need to be downloaded onto a phone.

Why not just log into your iCloud account on the different phone and use that one for your pictures?

TThat's what I want to do , I don't have a computer only iPhone and iPad. So how do I do that. Don't I have to activate other phone?

Download them to your iPad by going to Settings/iCloud, sign in, and then turn on Photos sync.
