Q: I bought additional iCloud storage and although my credit card was billed no additional storage was made available.

I bought additional iCloud storage and although my credit card was billed no additional storage was made available. I have been charged every month since April 2016 but my phone still listed 5GB, even after a restart.  I have an iPhone 4S.
