Q: MacPro Desktop 2007-8 Black Screen/White Type

I cannot get my Mac Pro desktop 2007-8 to reboot. I tried reseting PRAM with no Luck.
I receive a black screen with white type:

APPLE INTEL ETHERNET

LOCAL HOST :/ I HAVE NO NAME! error=17

This computer is no longer connected to the internet and I cannot enter any type.
Nor can I access the Disk Utility.

How do I solve this issue?

Boot from original install DVD or retail Snow Leopard install disk.

Hello,

I can't get the CD tray to open. Is there a way to open the tray manually?

To open tray try:
How force eject disc
To manually open tray you will have to remove the optical drive and use an end of a paper clip to open tray.
There is a little hole on the front of the drive after it has been removed from the Mac
