Q: photo upload date (trial evidence)

Dear community,

I'm stuck in a stupid trial and I have a picture perfectly showing I'm right. The only issue is that the other party is telling I manipulated the picture date. Of course I did not. The only way I could think of to prove that I didn't manipulaet the picture date would be that Apple certifies that this picture was uploaded to my/their iCloud on the date where I shot it.

This raises 3 questions:

-does it make sense to you?

-Would anyone think of an easier solution?

-How could I ask Apple for this?
