Q: iCloud contacts on new mac not all synced

I currently have a macbook air, two iphones ( 6 and 5s), and have been recently assigned a work macbook pro, so configuring everything on it...

on the air, and both iphones (+icloud.com) I see all my contacts perfectly, on the new pro, I only see a subset of them... I've tried disabling from internet accounts, plus disabling on the contacts app itself, but nothing, when re enabling i always get the subset of accounts back...

What could this be, it is driving me crazy...
