Photos for MacYou can use If your Apple wireless mouse, keyboard, or trackpad aren't working as expected - Apple Support or if your machine is less than 90 days old you can call AppleCare, you have 90 days of complimentary AppleCare telephone support. Apple explains this in Apple Complimentary Support
You may want to consider getting AppleCare, it will extend the warranty to 3 years and provide 3 years of phone support!
