Q: Photo Recovery

Dropped iPhone 6 in water. Removed SIM card and put it in an old phone (iPhone 5) where all current photos appeared temporarily. Now they are gone. Any ideas? Not in iCloud backup either.

    Restore from your icloud or iTunes backup.

     

    If you had icloud photo library set up, reenable it again, hopefully that will bring the pics backs, but no gurantees.

     

    FYI no data is store on the sim card.
