Just the way you would any other event. Open up the Calendar app. Tap the "+" in the upper right. Create an event that is All Day and recurs annually.

I understand, thanks.

We're all different, and there's no reason my preferences should work for you. But just so you know, I put similar folks into my contacts and add a recent photo of them. So all that's in the contact information is a name, birthday, and photo. I think the photos are cute. As I say, that may well not work for you, but you might consider it.

Using Contacts app:

1. Start the Contacts app

2. Tap the + sign (top right)

3. Add name, last name.

4. scroll down and tap the add birthday (green + button)

Where do I do that? When I go to add another birthday it come up Chinese Birthday, when I add child it won't add a birthday.

You have tap the add birthday again which nobody has 2 birthday unless you want to add a new calendar (Chinese)

Note: You should instead add a new Contact entry for each nephews and nieces and their birthday separately.
