Apple Music Expired>View Apple ID

Okay I have never active my free Apple Music because I have everything on iTunes. Now I keep getting this error and some of my music is trying to keep downloading like I lost it. I went to go "Manage" under my Apple ID but I have nothing saying Family Sharing/Apple Music etc... I don't know what to do now? It's like all the music has gone haywire.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5

I have done all these steps and I don't even see an option for Apple Music. That is why I can't change/fix it. I tried on my phone and my PC. Nothing and still getting the Error message and music still acting like it is being downloaded.
