Q: MAIL PASSWORD REQUIRED Enter your password for "XYZ" in internet accounts

Help!

Mail on your Mac keeps asking for two of my passwords . The passwords do work and the emails come in, but then it asks me AGAIN for the passwords after a few minutes.

I think it has something to do with Internet Accounts

Should I end my life now or later?
