Q: My letters are all wearing  off my Smart Keyboard after a little over a month.

I Purchased this Smart Keyboard on July 26 and a little more then a month has passed and the letters are all wearing off.Plus the fabric covering on the keys is turning white. I can't believe I paid $169.00 for this piece of junk. I have been looking for an email address to get help on Apple with returning this, but can't find one. I don't want to call. I live over 150 miles away,  one way, from the nearest Apple store.So I want to do this by mail. Can anyone help me out here???????

    You do not have to drive 150 miles to the nearest Apple Store to take care of this, but there is a number you can call and you can ask for sales/customer service and deal with this whole issue by phone without going anywhere.

    Call Apple directly in California at

     

    1-800-MYAPPLE

     

    Ask for sales or customer service and very calmly explain to the Apple employee on other end of your what has happened to your iPad Pro Smart keyboard cover and see what they will do for you.

    If you do not get a positive result from the first Apple employee that you explain your product issues to, calmly ask if you can talk to another higher level Apple employee over the phone and, once again, calmly explain the issues with yiur iPad Pro Smart Keyboard Cover and see what solutions Apple will offer you.

     

    This whole product issue can be handled entirely over the phone with NO major traveling on your part.
