Q: reinstalling itunes

I recently signed into Itunes and signed up for the 3 month trial. My system crashed, had to reinstall everything, now I can't find my account, even though I tried signing in with what I knew. Also, I want to make sure that my 3 months are still in effect.

I am trying to install on windows 8.1 to transfer to my ipod. I did have an apple phone, (old), but it stopped working. I am trying to resign into itunes, but it won't bring me to my account.

Make sure iTunes is up to date on your computer > Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support

With iTunes open you can sign in by going to the iTunes menu bar then clicking Account > Sign In.

Regarding your "3 month trial" > Manage your Apple Music membership on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC - Apple Support

See also Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. Signing into iTunes on a new computer might not show quite what you expect it to.
