My playlist get duplicated after each "icloud" synchronisation

Hi !

Since I've turned on the "iCloud Music Library", all my "smart" playlist get duplicated many many times in iTunes and it keeps incrementing event though I delete them manually.

I use a iMac with the latest version of iTunes (), iPhone 6 (9.3.5), and a PC with iTunes (12.4.3.1)

I had try to delete theses unwanted playlist, all of them, even the original one that gets duplicated but unsuccessfully, they come back at some later point adding a "1" a the end of the name of the playlist.

What should I do ?

In this print screen, the playlist "2013" existed once but is now duplicated 22 times on all of my devices.
