Q: iCloud Contacts showing as duplicates of Mac

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem. My Macbook syncs iCloud contacts and it is showing all the contacts as duplicates. But if i access the iCloud contact from web or my iPhone they appear fine. I am attaching the screenshot below to show the problem.

Can anyone help me fix this issue.
