Iphone isn't working

MY iphone is iphone5s and i bought it about two years ago. Suddenly it stopped working. No touching and neither the bottons. It stopped on the last thing i opened and i cant do anything at the moment.

, also when i charged it, it gave me the sound nut not the sign. Should i leave it until it finish the charge?
