Where can I find to download the latest software version for my iPod Classic (160GB late 2009)?

I'm still pretty much of a novice at this and would appreciate, if possible, a detailed answer. Really appreciate it.

Click here and follow the instructions. The entire process is handled inside iTunes; you don’t need to search for the download.
